Building
useful things.
Software for everyday problems. Infrastructure built to last. A place to make, learn and keep experimenting.

Small products, real-world use cases. Built from things worth solving, not just things worth shipping.
Under the hood.
Not everything happens in an app. The systems behind the work matter just as much.
THE INFRASTRUCTURE SIDE
Own the stack.
Understand the trade-offs.
HrvaLabs is also where I run and improve my own infrastructure: a Proxmox-based home lab, services hosted across home and cloud servers, networking, monitoring and automation. Built around privacy, reliability and long-term maintainability.
A public overview, not a map of private services.
Behind the
projects.
I’m Karlo Hrvačić, a software engineer based in Zagreb, Croatia. HrvaLabs is where I share the applications I build and the infrastructure I maintain.
THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROJECTS
Karlo Hrvačić.
I work across product engineering, backend services and infrastructure. Garage tracks vehicle costs, Ladica saves links, Gableci collects daily menus, and HrvaDrive turns OBD2 logs into driving reports.
HrvaLabs is independent and personally maintained. I favour software that stays useful, data that stays under your control, and infrastructure that can be understood and repaired.
